User Agreement and Privacy Policy

Floridacnaonline.com’s user agreement, terms and conditions, and Privacy Policy as of June 2020:

Please note: This User Agreement is for the protection of us (Floridacnaonline.com), and should not discourage our users or future users. It is only here to protect us. Also, FloridaCNAonline.com is based out of West Valley City, Utah.

Section 1, definitions of terms and explanation of word usage within our user agreement, terms and conditions, and privacy policy.

UTP is the User Agreement, terms and conditions, and privacy policy combined as one. This whole page is the UTP.  The User Agreement is a combination of the User Agreement, terms and conditions, and privacy policy. All of which are considered the UTP.

Section 2, User Responsibility.

It is the user’s responsibility to read and be aware of the user agreement, terms and conditions, and privacy policy (all of which is known as the UTP) before purchasing the course. Also, the UTP should be reviewed every log-in, so that the user is familiar to what may be updated information or what may not be updated information. Floridacnaonline.com reserves the right to change the UTP at anytime for any reason. It is the user’s responsibility to keep up to date with the UTP.  Floridacnaonline.com cannot be held responsible for the user’s ignorance of not knowing this information (The UTP), whether it is updated or not.

Section 3, What FloridaCNAonline.com’s provides.

Floridacnaonline.com provides the user access to information it sees beneficial to help obtain a Florida CNA (Certified Nurse’s Assistant) License. This does not guarantee a Florida certified nurse’s assistant license. This also does not guarantee the user will be able to obtain a CNA license. We also do not guarantee the user will benefit from our information, and we cannot be held responsible if the information we provide in our course is used improperly, misinterpreted, or if the information is incorrect. Floridacnaonline.com cannot be held responsible for any other website or websites affiliated with us, linked on our site, or contained in a widget, etc.  Floridacnaonline.com cannot be held responsible for any material on Floridacnaonline.com that might be misleading or seems to be misleading and/or false.  Floridacnaonline.com accepts no responsibility for the user's error in real world medical practice. At anytime, without warning or with warning, Floridacnaonline.com reserves the right to add or remove any information, data, pictures, videos, illustration, literature, any content at all, from the site and affiliating sites. When purchasing our (Floridacnaonline.com) CNA online course we guarantee the user only access to the login section of Floridacnaonline.com. We (FloridaCNAonline.com) reserve the right to revoke a user’s access to the site (Floridacnaonline.com) for any reason without notice, with no refund. We are reasonable people and will treat our users fairly and with respect.

Section 4, refunds.

Floridacnaonline.com will not issue any refund after the user have been sent their user name and password via email. If a person purchases the course and has not been sent a user name and password, we (Floridacnaonline.com) may, at the decision and approval of the owner of FloridaCNAonline.com, will issue a refund depending on the owner’s decision. This refund is only possible 7 days prior us (FloridaCNAonline.com) receiving payment.  The owner of Floridacnaonline.com reserves the right to deny or grant a refund at any time for any reason.

Section 5, information conveyed.

Floridacnaonline.com is not responsible for anything said or conveyed under any domain or sub-domains (Example: cnacourseforums.floridacnaonline.com).
Floridacnaonline.com guarantees nothing on its site even if stated, with the exception of the UTP.  Again, our UTP is written to protect us (Floridacnaonline.com) and should not discourage users or future users. We are fair people and will treat our users fairly.

Section 6, owner and management notice.

At any time, ownership or management of this website (www.FloridaCNAonline.com) or any sister sites might change without notice. If this does occur, the new management and/or owner;s are not responsible for past transactions or past dealings of this website and/or associated websites (sister sites, etc). If ownership and/or management does change for any reason the new owner and/or management has the right to deny any user access, refunds, or any form of involvement with the site or sites with no repercussion.

Section 7, User code of conduct.

Users are not allowed to use profanity in any section of the website, or affiliating. Users of Floridacnaonline.com are not allowed to share their login information with other people (one course is for one person only). If a user is suspected of sharing their user name and/or password they will be banned from the site with no refund. Any user of Floridacnaonline.com is subject to termination of their online course at anytime for any reason with no refund. This should not be taken the wrong way; this is here for our protection.

Section 8, Privacy Policy.

Floridacnaonline.com will not sell or distribute any personal information the user provides. We will not provide anyone with a user’s information unless required by law. Stop spam, report it! Floridacnaonline.com has the right to change the user agreement and privacy policy at anytime for any reason.
