Jaime Arias has owned and run Florida CNA Online since 2020. He writes the site's process guides: the Prometric application, exam costs and timelines, fingerprinting, license renewals, and the Florida CNA job market. He personally answers student support emails in English and Spanish.

Magalys Herrera Perez holds a Licentiate in Nursing evaluated as the equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
